4 hours, unless specified by staff. This rule is to allow the chemical to dry/vent and is put in place for legislative reasons but the number 1 reason is for your health & safety.
Yes, there are rules in regards to pets that you need to follow. Here are the general rules below.
The chemicals we use are all vetted by the EPA before entering the country and then Worksafe decides how these chemicals are to be used. Ontop of that nearly all of the spraying chemicals Pest Managers use fall in hazard classifications 3/6/9 which means to use them you are required by law to hold a qualification in Urban Pest Management.
You will need to ensure the cot/bed is covered as per preparation rules. You also can remove items from the house or place in cupboards out of the way. In terms of aftercare, make sure the baby plays on a fresh blanket and not on the carpet in case of skin irritation – follow this guideline for at least 2-3 days.
If you are planning on waterblasting then please get this done prior to our treatment. If you only have cobwebs and don’t need to wash your house then please leave the cobwebs there until after treatment and then afterwards remove the cobwebs with a broom only. In terms of windows – please try to leave them to be washed until after the treatment is carried out as we cannot guarantee that we will be able to keep overspray off the windows due to wind gusts etc.
Yes you can, there are some rules to go along with that.
We can, but we would advise against it as the treatment will not be very effective in the long run. Nearly all spray treatments on the market rely on contact with pests to be effective so if you cover that with something like GiB or paint then the treatment will stop working.
